RE: Scorpio Mining Appoints Chief Executive Office

RE: Scorpio Mining Appoints Chief Executive Office

Well we now have a new CEO. A bit strange that they issued the news at around 8pm last night.

They were looking for someone with specific qualifications for the type of projects they have. Let's hope he fits the bill.  The good thing is that he has been a director of Scorpio for 2 years, so he is probably somewhat up to par on the company. That should help with the integration.

One year ago he joined Pershimco Resources. It doesn't look like he has left that job yet. He'll have to resign that post to put his full attention  as CEO of Scorpio before April 22.

Here is his profile on Linkedin.

A big Thank You to Peter Hawley for filling in the interim. And now that we have the new CEO, let's get the Nuestra Senora news!!!
