What you and fairchij are spreading across the Internet are speculative and promotional material, that is coming DIRECTLY FROM OPEL, and that doesn't require a disclaimer if an Anonymous poster spreads the stuff around the internet like fairchij and yourself are doing.

What you fail to realize is that this highly speculative and promotional material originated directly from the company, and that if the company were to spread this literature around the internet as fairchij and yourself are doing, would require by law a DISCLAIMER.

Of course fairchij and yourself don't need to warn readers because you don't work or are directly linked to Opel except as shareholders. So, I take it the company is not wanting directly for you two to advertise this speculative literature this way, and that the both of you are just promoting this highly speculative information for your own benefit and since it does not contain a disclaimer because the company is not condoning it, it is also very misleading due to its HIGHLY SPECULATIVE NATURE, IMO.
