OPEL is permitted to share information on their website and to a private, invitation-only group of accredited investors, and it's okay for fairchij or I to share that information since we are not affiliated with the company.

If you are accusing someone of something illegal then out with it. Say it plainly. If you think something needs to be reported to the IIROC then say it. Or better yet do it. Call them yourself - your seem to have the time.
Or you could just shut the fûçk up, whatever's easier for you.
PS. What gives you the right to come here and dispense investment advice. Your track record as of late certainly doesn't qualify you as an expert does it.
