"t looks like most of the sellers are out with the stock basing for 10 days around .40 . If you count from Feb. 15 when it came down and rebounded from .40 then it is 18 trading days. This is a nice base that has formed.

It wouldn't be surprising for the market forces to try and take out the remaining holders. If they try this then the stock gets pushed into buyout territory."

 

IMO, its a done deal. My advice to all is to watch your cost basis. GG will try to get CRJ on the cheap.

Goldcorp Inc announced that it has priced an offering of senior unsecured notes. Goldcorp will issue $1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of notes, consisting of $0.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.125% notes dueMarch 15, 2018 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.70% notes due March 15, 2023. The offering is expected to close on March 20, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. Goldcorp expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $1.48 billion from the offering, after deducting underwriting fees and estimated offering expenses. Goldcorp intends to use these proceeds for repayment of its $862.5 million of convertible notes maturing August 2014, capital expenditures, capital investments or working capital."
