The act was not designed to gain priveliged information on the stratagies of defence on pending litigation.

Its being challenged next week.It was far to extreme to raid offices and private homes to gather evidence

on such a minor issue as posting on a open bullboard of a company you actively own shares in.Im waiting

for that order to be thrown out before we go to court in April  James G Little
