RE: 2013 Forecast

RE: 2013 Forecast

I'm not sure what's going on with the stock price, but here are some ideas:

1. The bought deal was closed recently. Usually with bought deals, the brokerage running the deal has to buy all the shares that are unallocated. If the brokerage ends up with a whole bunch of shares, it may have to dump when there is good volume to clear all the excess shares to avoid any loses.

2. ENT trades on the venture. Venture is not doing so well and there may be funds dumping stocks on the venture and focusing on dividend paying stocks. Also, there may have been redemptions causing forced liquidation.

3. The news was already priced in as ENT had already given guidance. Maybe short term traders loaded up after this announcement expecting a big rise. However, after breaking the support, these guys may have been forced to liquidate as stops are hit.

I'm really not sure what is going on, but I am in this for the longer term. These guys are growing both organically and by acquition. The market they are in, is also growing and will be over the next 5 years.

Where else can you get a company with excellent management (they deliver on what they promise), PE ratio of 8 and growth of 65% over the coming year.  PEG ratio is 0.12!
