Lack of news

Considering all the activity meant to take place in final qtr there is a distinct lack of news on this. We do not even know the current boepd offshore let alone in their onshore equity participation. They accrued the remaining 1/2 year tax liability of $67MM to be paid in May of this year and should not be too much of a drain on cash given anticipated revenue flows on what we know, but it would sure be nice to have some updates before the audited finacials so we might make some sense of these recent price movements. Sure looks like a buy but...
