you answered it yourself in the end of your reply ... Becoming big is the key to it ... Promising lands of CHX.. Stable n strong existing pace wells.. And AVENEX brings in boost to the balance sheet .. Combining three creates an entity to perform and deliver for the shareholders .. This makes sense to me and I am voting yes to it ...
