just wanted to mention that IVAN trades on the nasdaq(i own shares there) and ifIvan does not trade over 1$ on the nasdaq for 10 trading days before may 25th then they face delisting from the nasdaq.if that arises the company in my humble opinion may try a reverse split to get the price over 1$ .

not sure if the price on TSX will change in correlation to nasdaq listing if in fact there is reverse split.I also do not like the sounds of being delisted from the nasdaq,although I believe it could continue trading OTC (over the counter) or BB (bulliten board)
