Three thoughts from me:

 

1. Why would you build a mill when there is already one there that could probably be bought for a great price?

2. Per goldseek.com there is an investigation into the how gold is priced and is likened to the Libor scandal.

3. I have wondered for a while if the Chinese might not get involved in Africa. It seems to me that the single biggest

problem OLE has is where it is located. The Chinese government could easily deal with that.
