one thing i can agree on is the lack of contracts from all those sales people... who cares bout the few 1000 spent to announce it... 1 sale each and that covers fees... profit and bridge loans etc....  they dont close contracts... even when we announced mcgill nothing happened... seeems almost anything that gets done theres no moving forward here... unfortunetly....

PP closed but 225 not 250K...... sad!
