VE agreement exclusive?

VE agreement exclusive?

Started looking at ORT a few months ago, and have been recently re-intrigude because of the volatility.

Does teh exclusive agreemnet with VE that mean that Alcoa (for example) can't buy or license the tech directly from Orbite, build their own remediation plant and cut out the middleman (VE)?   Not sure I am clear on that, and if that is indeed the case, isn't that an issue for potential clients, or am I reading this wrong?  I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed on these issues, so please enlighten me.

Red Mud is indeed a huge issue, but until there are environmental laws in place globally that demand its remediation, not sure it will ever happen, especially with the price and inventory of ALU where it is.  China has flooded the market, that's what they do.    Hard to believe nothing in the form of real action resulted from the nightmare in Hungary.   Environmental issues are not just about tree hugging; real people, real places and real economies are destroyed.
