Quarterly Reports
Quarterly Reports I don't think that the mandatory quarterly reports are going to mean anything at this point to any of us. How many times do they need to show and need to say that they are running out of cash and have no revenue? The only thing we are truly waiting on is an NR, that involves future changes to operations and relationships. The quarterlies will not have any of that kind of information in them. BXI may or may not release a quarterly report/year end report. If they miss two in a row they will have to file for some extensions, show cause and get things caught up. That's the way the rules are written. Don't get too hung up on waiting for a quarterly, they are kind of pointless, right now.
