Sorry to keep jumping back in.  The reason I've focused my questions mostly on the VE agreement is that it is clearly a point of departure for the stock.   Feb 4 was the date of the agreement, and it's been generally downhill from there.  This after a fairly stable few months in a range between $2.50-2.80.   I appreciate the influence that the heavy short interest has on the stock, but something about the agreement with VE has helped the short side immensely.  It can't just be coincidence, can it?
