CPG and its stake in RRX

Is it correct  that  CPG  owns  2,5  million  shares  of  RRX? This is what the article  from  SeekingAlpha   below  notes. It is  posted   at   the  headlines   of  ARP  and   MILL   too.

The  author   also  makes   positive   comments   about  RRX   Viking  wells. However,  I  believe  the  current  buyers  of   RRX  should   be  very   cautious   because  the  stock  is  at   its  highs.
