Unless, he is using the proceeds to participate in the private placement. We dont know the answer to that.

This recently happened with ZEN and there were all kinds of people saying how bad it was. The insider was selling and then used the proceeds to participate in the PP. He sold at $1.40 ish and the stock is now over $2.00 so it was hardly a bad thing.
