your still are not grasping the situation. REGARDLESS of supply(trees available) their is about 150 less mills available in north america to convert the trees to lumber. now OSB still has a lot of capacity (osb plants) that are available whenever the management of that particular osb plant decides to ramp up the existing but idle capacity. the wood rights are totally irrelavent. now if more OSB plants ramp up then more OSB is available in the open market ,thus much less pricing power. simple supply demand equation !
