Why so negative? I see it positive. The shortseller Donald Cameron did get fear, that SP increases sharply after revocation of CTO. He had to cover his shorts over the thin traded USOTC, so the SP increased. The USOTC SP will  be the precursor for the first official SP on TSX. Maybe about 2,5 mio shares are left short. I think its a big signal to all shortsellers. I would not sleep well, if I would be short   :-)
