Undervalued?

This stock must have a huge fear factor priced into it to be in the 3's. Look at the historic price of Moly it can go sideways for donkey years. IF we dont run out of money again, the mine gets finished on budget and on time as well as the price of Moly heads north of 15 TCM will have a nice bump. Otherwise harumphrump.
