I blocked  Joe454  a while ago - I didn't realise he had disappeared.

The glib one liners were just too much.

He encouraged me to dig a little deeper, and seek other opinions.  He also polarised opposition to the merger.   For raising awareness and encouraging shareholders to do their own due diligence - we can only be thankful for his contribution.
