Howdy you are correct,there are much larger manipulators,however,they have made a start,and if an investor had purchased shares at a high for a certain stock, only to see it drop significantly,because of this person,it is still aloss that may never be recovered.So, I say good for the ASC,at least one of the Gov't agencies is doing something.
