They passed similar laws in BC a few years ago. I don't get the ten's of millions of dollars part. As far as i can see all that is required is a photocopy of what your submitting to the provincial gov't by way of work plans. I do really resent the extra scutiny that could come from this reporting in the future. It's difficult enough appeasing the provincial gov't. I haven't done any work programs since they introduced this new regime.
