bontan annual meeting
bontan annual meeting am I the only shareholder to receive the voting package and notice of the annual meeting to be held in a few weeks? feels like I am the only shareholder here.
If anyother shareholder exists,, would you kindly comment on Bontans plan to flee to the British Virgin Islands and incorporate there. What possible reasons are behind this decision?,, is it simply tax evasion and being able to operate in a more relaxed country with less regulations?
