HaHa yes,I am  a longtime shareholder and part of another message board with a few others that most own alot more shares than I for longer than I.We have known the date was coming up..And figured Ivan did not want to lose Nasdaq listing. We were hoping maybe catalyst of them getting approval from government on Tamarack would maaaaaybe bring SP over 1$ .IVAN was saying they expected approval  by end qtr !  march 31st,but now today have updatedt hat to expect approval in second qtr.!! I do not see any near term catalyst that will boost the SP and indeed looks inevitable that they will try/need reverse split(shareholders can vote against)to keep nasdaq listing.

who is to say tamaRac approval would even move the SP up anyways?may be baked into  the price already.???

Did anyone here listen to CC today?i will post link next post :)
