Transportation Question

The  article  from  SeekingAlpha  below  notes  that  GPOR  has  an  agreement  with   CNR   for  the  transportation  of   bitumen  from  Grizzly's    project (oil  sands). He  also  notes  how   damaging   and  environmentally   harmful   the  bitumen   is.

Does  anybody  know  which  energy  companies  carry  through   CNR  network  their   oil  and  how  much  do  they  pay  for  it   per  barrel?
