I would have to agree.  It didn't take very long for the BCSC to review and reject and issue the CTO for the first report filed on Sedar by PG.  I believe it was done in less than a day, please correct me if I'm wrong.

 

As for IR, unless they're no longer getting paid, I would expect it is their responsibility and obligation to answer shareholder enquiries, and whether or not the report has been completed and submitted.

 

Waiting for a NR as cobalt mentioned, well we had a NR and it stated that we could expect an accepted 43-101 by end of February.

 

Hopefully we don't continue havning similar News Releases.  JMO
