Seems like the Wessons are getting blamed for the delay in financing. If IMC did not beleive that Brian could lead this project it only makes sense for IMC not releassing the funds. Now when we have a permanent CEO who can lead and develop this project it should be a no brainer for IMC to sign the deal. We shall soon see if the Wessons were the problem or if IMC has a different agenda. Lets give Woulfe a chance to get reorganized and if by the end of June we still don't have financing, then I would say yes something is definately not right with this company.
