RE: RE: RE: RE: ? There are not any showstoppers in this application. There is nothing bad about this development other than the fact that it is a development. Environmentally - a tree is better than a conveyor belt - so of course they can complain. The bottom line is that it is a good development that gets removed after the mine winds down so it will get approved. This additional publicity might even be good for it. It is however frustrating to see the Nisga playing both sides of the situation. They want a better deal than they think they are getting -or if they can get free money out of the government or the company - they want that. They are no worst than lawyers..
