I just noticed today a new RVX blog entry dated March 12th, but I don't think it was posted until today. I might be wrong, but I have found myself checking daily on their webpage and just noticed it today. Anyways, it goes into a fairly straightforward narrative about how histone acetylation/deacetylation impacts chromatin remodeling and renders the apoA1 gene more accessible to transcriptional activation. And it reminds us that RVX-208 inhibits the "reader" BET protein from recognizing this histone acetylation. Nothing really new here, but at least it is something new on the website.
