RE: RE: comparable
RE: RE: comparable Ard, I agree with your comparable figures and you did not take into account the estimated tax pool of $252M as of 9/30/12. Personally, I do not believe that the company has accrued over $20M in debt in the last quarter as they were "sitting" at $61.2M at the end of Q3. Also, Teine energy is backed by Canada Pension Fund (CPP) and if you look at their last acquisition (believe Long Run), the takeover bid should be where Ard as the price pegged if not more. However, I can see everyone's thinking as per the market action, but I still believe the market has this company totally undervalued considering the production growth. revenue increases and the fact that this junior was profitable in 2011 and should be more profitable in 2012 ($5.6M to Q3). Counter mentions that the company should report their latest financials by first week of April, however, mgmt. has emailed me in Jan. and confirmed in Mar. that they will not be issuing year end statement and capital budget guidances til the latter part of April. I have and will continue to hold my shares as I'm hoping that mgmt. is holding firm for a proper valuation and does not crater to pressure to sell for a "fire price sale". GLTA the longs, the wait is frustrating, but hopefully the reward is worth the wait!
