Priced for perfection

I don't think it is a matter of whether this pipeline or that pipeline goes through.  I think its more a matter of whether the management team at RPL can deliver on the new Penn West oil assets they purchased.  Bad implementation of this year's development plan could hurt to the point that the current dividend could be in jeopardy.  I hope they know their stuff.
