Oops . . . just noticed AGI's press release withdrawing their offer.  They issued the release at 3:50 so that explains why the stocks moved in the last minutes before market close.

Seems a bit bushleague to buy 17% of the target company, create a hassle for everyone, and not be prepared with a counteroffer.

Good luck to the folks at ARZ.
