i spoke with someone today who spoke with management of Benton they told me that the deal is hostile in nature and has no chance of going through at all it is a waste of there time and money but they must meet as a board and inform shareholders of this ridiculus bid .he also mentioned that coro has 1st refusal on shares so benton would have to offer shares to coro they would have to decline then benton could sell them

the person i talked to said also GRO is 5 million in debt and has no real cash to put in offer he also pointed out to me that the shares of GRO or very thinly traded and the price is very volitile up and down because of the extremely low volume

my take on this info is the deal is as good as dead those that bought at .05-.05 should sell now and take profits  ASAP
