RE: RE: No More Dividends without the merger

RE: RE: No More Dividends without the merger

If I had been a shareholder on AVF for a long time like some of you people I would be very angry too, but I have not. I am here to make a profit at what I see as a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something that will pay off big.

My anger would be focused on the sale of Elbow River and not this merger. The sale of Elbow River has made the merger the only option. Selling Elbow River is where the AVF shareholders got ripped off.

Voting "No" on the merger does not get back Elbow River. At this poiint your only rational course is to follow through with the merger. The BOD made that your only choice by selling Elbow River.

I am seriously considering selling my AVF shares on Monday and loading up on all Charger shares now that I found the information I posted in the OP. AVF has nothing worth sticking arround for anymore unless the merger goes through and as a stand alone company CHARGER is the future. If this merger does not work out they will find something else. Great Management and the best properties you can find with their Viking fields of low risk light crude. All they need is cash to unlock it and if this merger falls through some other deal will come along for Charger. Certainly if I did not get Charger shares I would prefer holding Pace shares over AVF if this merger falls through. At least Pace has the tax Pool.
