RE: RE: My Perspective:

Pretty much every bit of the loss was non cash flow affecting. Precision, Trican, and a host of others took impairment charges for write downs in Q4. I certainly hope the arbitration works out in Tuscany's favor.....they need a pleasent surprise. It was HRT that got this whole funk started with ther screwing Tuscany on the heli-rigs. You cannot just cancel an agreement for two highly specialized rigs worth a combined $50 million without a very solid paper trail IMO. However HRT is a Braziian company and Tuscany a Canadian one so we will see if Brazil is a just place to do business. The good news in all this for those of us that are drowning under water is that if they can get the utilizaton rates up and consistent (as per Walters comments on forward committments of pending contracts) and if the heli-rigs are in the mix and contracts get signed soon for Q4 startup up, the market will begin to re-rate the stock price and when that happens, it will regain this latest drop plus some to the upper 20s ro low 30s.
