Takeover Offer

Takeover Offer

I can't believe people on this board are so delusional that they think DML will be taken out for $5+.

Rio bought Hathor at a substantial premium and they have taken major writedowns on the project, they are not going to go and bid 4x market value on another junior uranium company. The company and its inherent value are completely hooked in to the uranium spot price. Everyone coming to this board is suffering from confirmation bias, if the spot price was 100% going up to $65-70 and DML was absolutely worth $3.00 based on this coming increase in spot price alone, why are the posters on Stockhouse the only people in the world to have figured out that there is a simple two bagger right in front of everyone's nose?

If the takeover comes, it will be for $2.25...you would be stupid not to tender your shares. This company is losing money every quarter and this can't go on forever. DML could be at firesale prices in 2-3 years...that might be why CCO is hesitating, there isn't enough clarity in the uranium space right now.
