I assume you refer to Primate disaster over at TBE, which is not analogous to anything happening at RPL.

Currently producing 8,000 bbl/day that gives them an EV/bopd of $80,000 post acquisition which is very cheap for 97% liquids. 

The dividend is safe with a payout ratio ~100% which is less than ALL of their peers PRY, MEI, NVS, RRX, TOG, TOL and obviously ARN.

New wells coming on line, dispositions such as the one March 21 and any appreciation in Edmonton Par to WTI will help greatly as well.

Meeting street expectations among a large acquisition is a feat in itself.  I don't think you should be so quick to raise alarm bells until you a) learn how to read statements and b) compare them to the "other choices" you speak of.

Just my two cents, and please pass whatever you are smoking over here.
