Silver Valley Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company is focused on the advancement of strategic and precious mineral properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexico-Canada Project or Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Its Santa Clara concession is located 70 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 8 km north-northwest of the town of Illescas. Its Caliguey is located 60 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 10 km east of the town of Villa de Cos.

I understand that it is a take over of benton but benton holds the shares of coro so whoever controls benton controls the shares and also has to live with the requirements attached to those shares

my understanding is GRO wants to buy benton and dump the shares

but before they can dump the shares they must give CORO the right to buy them 1st

the person i spoke with in thunder bay told me that he was told that there is two large shareholders that told him they would vote against this deal he also said that Benton management is going to vote against this deal

i dont think any longtime holder of benton would support this deal most of the shares i belive are in strong hands at the present time

in my evaluation of this it will not happen in its current form and GRO has no money to push it higher also the shares of GRo are thinly traded and have little value to obsord a deal of this nature .on the bright side maybe now some attention will come our why and the discount to book will get other interested

Moose i do like your former idea of making a deal with Coro themselves
