TSXV issuers have up to 120 days after year end to file their annual FS and MDA.  SND is a venture issuer, hence they have until April 30, 2013 to file their FS for the year ended December 31, 2012.

 

SSL is listed on the NYSE, which means that they have to conform to NYSE filing requirements, which is why they have filed theirs earlier.
