SE Saskatchewan has been for sale for some time.  I was thinking they should be able to sell that relatively easily but not happening.  Seems like there is some value there but lots of liability and I think that is getting in the way.  4 or 5 million for Sask would get some drilling done but they may have to drop the price just to move on.
