TSX-Venture stocks do not require audited year end financials for up to 120 days.  SSL/SAND moving to the NYSE-Market needed to have them in within 90 days.  The companies concentrated the initial effort on the big sister and then the small sister.  Last I heard was the financials should be out next week, but it may not be till early April.  Expect Q1 financials for SSL/SAND in about 30 days.
