RE: Value in Afferro?

RE: Value in Afferro?

"The Market Valuation assigned AFF (C$135/T) is C24.4 Million for 2.2 BT’s Iron Ore or C$0.00008215 per tonne, not even 1 cent/Tonne, when the junior explorco’s avg is near 50 cents /tonne."

Don't believe my valuation x10 current using the junior avg of 50c/tonne Iron Ore.

Use Alison Turner's Buy Rating (Panmure Gorden) of 279p as a starting point, would value Afferro's Iron Ore at C$0.20/tonne and less the cash at 16.9 cents/tonne.
(279p x 105m sh = GBX $292.95m x 1.55 exch = C$454m / 2,2 BT = 20 cents, C$454m - $81.875m cash / 2.2 BT = 16.9 cents/tonne)

C$4.32 (at 279p)

Even Turner's 279p High Rating is cheap, when considering the SDL transaction was for $0.30/tonne and Junior Avg is $0.50/tonne, a long way from our current 1/1000th of a cent/tonne.

I know the Board has been busy with many inquisitors this year, IMIC, Jindal to name a few and now with the Posco Mou BUT this stock is so undervalued they should hire some Investment Bankers to see what kind of deal can be had. C$297B in assets must be attractive even if paying $3B in Infrastructure (Rail)
Cheers, Mark
