agree. you do not want to vote your bod out. expecially 4 out of 6 with your lead already gone.

you can replace 1 at a time but not destruction like that.

they are very experienced people and know how the business works with a lot of contacts and relationships that take years to make within an industry like oil and gas.

and they cant control the price of nat gas. but now is on the rise. it would be a huge mistake to sell assets now or to send your company into disarray when you should be drilling and rehedging.

no one will even talk to your new bod pce. they will be guys with no contacts.
