RE: RE: RE: "The pumper"

Sound advise Kingscourt.  Everytime I check this board there seems to be more and more new bloggers pushing this merger and it has digressed to personal attacks.  Anybody interested in buying in cheap at this stage would have better odds with a lottery ticket.  As far as the comment of directors can do whatever they want I don't agree -do we live in a banana republic or is this Canada with regulations?  The directors and management are walking a fine line here and this may end up in court.  Bottom line if this was such a good deal then why is it necessary to keep postponing, why have I been contacted twice now about my vote for the merger, why  are we inundated with new bloggers pushing this deal on every board, and why did a big investment organization with hundreds of analysts like CPP vote no?  Like Kingscourt my advise for anyone considering buying AVF at this stage is to stay away. There are some questionable things going on here and it wouldn't surprise me if the regulators step in and halt the stock at some point and launch an investigation.
