I've seen that 90 days is the timeline to complete the +50 km pipeline. In Nigeria??? It's difficult to meet that timeline here in Canada. We're talking Nigeria here folks, rarely are schedules ever met there. No, I'm not bashing just trying to keep things in perspective. Mugs
