RE: What Happens If The Merger Fails? it is odd that he just appeared with 9% shares and why he would hold that much as a single investor not a fund.
It looks like he could be the big part of novas 10.5%.
i would think that would be good news as with enough voted shares spy can defeat them on tues as there will be no other big holders to add to that.
i would think that blackrock voted yes as they have added to their position.
