RE: RE: What Happens If The Merger Fails? Mitchell started buying up PACE shares over a year ago that I know of which is why I assert this merger has been in the panning for over a year.
Rest assured Mitchell's shares will definately be voting "YES".
It seems Tom Buchanan and Mitchell have a history together.
Go back to a little over a year ago when Charger merged with three other companies.
The largest company with the most assetts by far in that merger was Seaview Oil.
Mitchell had accumalated a massive block of Seaview shares in the runup to that merger guaranteeing Seaview voted for the merger. Now Mitchell suddenly has a large block in Pace Oil and Charger's Tom Buchanan just so happens to have been serving on the BOD of Pace while simultaniously acting as Presedent and CEO of Charger.
It does not take much imagination to conclude what is at foot.
