RE: one day to go

RE: one day to go

You people have had me all wrong from the very start of my showing up here.

I am the first to admit that AVF shareholders got a raw deal and have been sold up the elbow river.

I think what has been done is criminal. If not legally then certainly ethically. I say that because I am of the opinion that this merger was conceived of over a year ago and the BOD's of all three companies have been secretly acting against the best interests of shareholders all along by conspiring in collusion with private intererests (Bruce Mittchell and Co) who have been surrepticiously buying up stock to insure passage of the merger.

The BOD of AvenEx should be tarred and featherd and run out of town on one of Elbow Rivers rails.

If the merger passes as I strongly believe it will be I anticipate that within a year Tom Buchanan will run the SpyGlass operation into the ground ON PUPOSE just as he did with Charger after the last merger in order to destroy shareholder equity so that shares can then be bought up on the cheap and they can repeat the merger process again.

Again my friend your dealing with sharks. Corporate raiders who fully intend to rip you off and they know how to do it and get away with it legally.

You best chance is the sell after the merger when the PPS goes up as people buy in to get the dividend. Sell before Buchanan runs it into the ground and suspends the dividend causing the PPS to plummet.
