I think SA wants out of Indo and is saving its capital since its currently difficult to get right now.  Someone said that at PDAC they were interested in getting properties for pennies on the dollar.

I"m just glad that I sold a very long time ago after losing faith in JP and getting tired of how things just didn't look right.  He has made a lot of mistakes over the years and he has mislead investors for too long.  I think he has learned a valuable lesson as he is extremely careful in what he says and no longer gives reassuring statements like he used to many years ago.  He even ignores one of the biggest retail holders here on this board so I definitely think he feels bad for keeping investors think that this was a sure thing and to hang in.

Hamish left for very good reason and it wasn't preplanned as he decided to withdraw his nomination that day at the AGM so it was a surprise to everyone.  My guess is he didn't like what was happening or management's plans for the company.

I know many put a lot of hard earned money into this over many years so I feel for those still waiting.  I unfortunately got family members that are still stuck in it.  I continue to follow SA regularly for goods signs that it will finally deliver (insider buying, bid/ask, news, etc) but so far.  If one day it looks like money can be made on SA I will gladly buy back a portion of my shares.

Meanwhile, JP's last venture is down near its lows.  JP is a deal maker and this is how he makes a living.  He received 20 million shares from the NZ deal.  It started trading at approx $1.00 then quickly went to over $3.75 now it sits at approx .50.  He is definately good at making deals but unfortunately isn't good at knowing when to sell as he held his shares from record highs to record lows in both companies.  So far the fact that he hasn't sold is the only good sign that I can see right now but he defiantly doesn't seem in a hurry to retire or make money.  My timeline is much shorter than his.

At these prices and with no interest on the bid there isn't much one can do except hold.  The only thing that will get things moving again is good grades but the drills aren't turning so the waiting game continues.
