RE: gold about 50 bucks per gram
RE: gold about 50 bucks per gram I agree. With over 400 million shares the value of each piece of the pie is way too small. Hindsight seems to state clearly -- going from 200 million shares to over 400 million was not so smart. The major cause of this increase was management's enthusiastic acquisistion of Thunder Creek with a share issue. The ore quality did not prove to be as good as anticipated by LSG management prior to the takeover . It now seems clear that LSG gave away way too many shares to pay for it. Since then LSG management has made many unfullfilled promises and has struggled from one poorly planned misstep to another.
As soon as the disappointment of the Thunder Creek or body was determined, management should have been replaced. HOC knew what it was doing when it sold out its shareholdings in LSG. And since HOC's departure there has not been enough strength in the board of directors to oversee and to direct management.
It still seems to be time for a managment change.
